Jenni's onscreen debut, a .45 at 50th, premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival, and starred Oscar nominee James Cromwell. A success on the festival circuit, her leading role in the critically acclaimed feature film Dead Dad earned praise at over 25 film festivals worldwide.

She wrote, produced and starred in the award-winning short film Funny Love, which premiered at LA's Dances with Films Festival.

Jenni made her directorial debut with Hollywood Fringe Festival's 2018 one-man show Baby Boy, which opened to sell out crowds and rave reviews, and went on to win the festival's Audience Choice Award.

Along with her roles in film and television, she has appeared in dozens of commercials and ad campaigns. Her most recent appearance on stage was in the Tennessee Williams play Moony’s Kid Don’t Cry at LA’s River Street Theatre.

In addition to her training in Meisner technique with renowned teacher William Alderson, Jenni has studied with the Upright Citizens Brigade, Lesly Kahn and Co. in Los Angeles and at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City.

A proud member of Women in Film, Jenni aims to be among the trailblazing female filmmakers who are increasing roles for women of all ages and diverse backgrounds, and ensuring women's stories are told and voices heard in film and television. Her degree in political science along with her experience as an Americorps national service volunteer and progressive political campaign activist has played a substantial role in shaping who she is the stories she's passionate about telling.

Jenni is happily married to magician and producer, Stuart MacLeod, and together they own up-and-coming production company House MacLeod. They are unhealthily obsessed dog parents to Birdie MacLeod, who you can (and definitely should) see modeling her magnificent underbite on Instagram daily.
